Our Services
Six structured services, designed to work independently or as an integrated programme.
Informed employees make safer workplaces. MindWise awareness campaigns draw on current evidence and lived experience to reduce stigma, improve early intervention rates, and strengthen your organisation's duty-of-care culture.
Before any recovery plan is developed, MindWise conducts a comprehensive screening and assessment — evaluating addiction severity, mental health status, and personal circumstances. Every individual receives a personalised recovery path.
12-Month Programme
Weekly 30-minute coaching sessions paired with randomised drug testing — giving individuals a structured, accountable path forward. Participants can include up to two family members in separate virtual sessions.
Standalone randomised drug testing — breathalyser, urine screen, or saliva — with monthly written reports. Suitable for return-to-duty programmes, legal requirements, or anyone needing structured accountability.
Evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment on a part-time basis — so individuals continue working and living while receiving structured care. Treatment duration is determined by clinical milestones, not arbitrary timelines.
Individual counselling focuses on personal triggers, trauma, and behaviours linked to addiction. Family counselling rebuilds communication, trust, and a home environment that supports lasting recovery.

Yes. All MindWise services are conducted under strict confidentiality protocols aligned with POPIA. Employers receive only aggregate or agreed reporting — individual session content is never disclosed without your explicit consent.
Yes. Post-incident or post-positive-test referrals are one of the most common entry points. TestWise can provide your HR team with a formal referral process aligned to your drug testing and disciplinary policy.
The full Recovery Coaching with Monitoring programme runs for 12 months, with weekly 30-minute sessions and randomised drug testing throughout. Duration may be extended based on individual clinical progress.
Randomised testing uses breathalyser, urine drug screen, or oral fluid (saliva) collection — selected based on the individual’s programme requirements and the substances being monitored.

Yes. The 12-month Recovery Coaching programme allows participants to include up to two family members in separate virtual coaching sessions at no additional cost.
